The Bible Memorization Game and Tool comes in two versions:
Basic Usage Instructions: (clicking the label diagram in the upper right will open a larver view of it in another tab or window)
Pick one of the the versions listed above.
Press in order the buttons with the Bible book names on them. In the diagram they are in the green rectangle with an A in the center of the rectangle. If you press the correct button, the button goes blank and an abbreviation for the book appears in a text field in the area labled B and outlined in green in the diagram. The red lines in the diagram show how the Genesis and Exodus buttons were pressed in order and that these book names moved from A to B
If you need help press the Get Next button labeled C in the diagram. Twenty points is deducted for each use of this button.
If you want to end a session of the game and see the correct ordering of the books in the text fields of the B area outline in green in the diagram; press the Stop & Fill button labeled J on the diagram.
To restart the game press the Reset button labeled K on the diagram.
Check checkbox urn beeping for wrong answer off labeled M to on the diagram to stop the program from beeping for wrong answers.

More Usage Instructions:
??? indicaaes where the next book will go in texts fields in the diagrams area labeled B. Clicking any field in the B area will make that the next target field.
If the Set Next button labeled I is pressed and then next button pressed is one of the Bible book name buttons in A; that will select that the next target be next to that book. (This button probably will be removed in a future version) Just clicking in area B as described in previous paragraph probably works better
Checking the Backwards checkbox will cause the ??? pointer to move from field to field in B in reverse order.

Scoring:
At two and a half minutes ( 2 minutes 46 seconds for the 73 book version) some changes take place in the game. If the all books are ordered before that time there may be a bonuses for speed and accuracy factored in. Also books matched within this limit accumulate points at fifteen points each.
Above that time limit matched books accumulated points at ten points each.
Wrong picks have a five point deduct. The count of wrong picks is recorded in wrong field labeled E.
Using the Get Next button costs twenty points. The number of times it is used is recorded in helped field labeled D.
The speed and accurracy bonus combined at a theoretical most multiply the score by two times. If the players were able to complete the game without errors in less than a second, the score would be 1980 for the 66 book verson of the game and 2190 for the 73 book version of the game.
The Max field labeled H is the maximum score during a session of the game; wrong picks and Get Next may have decreased the current score.
